Terri Bohannon joined RE/MAX in August 1992 as an Administrative Assistant in the RE/MAX International Relocation department. In 1994, she was promoted to Production Coordinator with the launch of the RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN) and was named Operations Manager in January 1995.
In May 1999, Terri transferred to the Information Technology department as Technology Marketing Manager and was promoted to Senior Technology Marketing Manager in October 2002. In June 2003, she transferred to Regional Services for Company Operated Regions (COR) as a Franchise Development Consultant in the RE/MAX Central and Northern Ohio & RE/MAX Pennsylvania Delaware Regions and was promoted to Senior Franchise Development Consultant in February 2005.
After serving as Assistant Regional Director of the RE/MAX Central & Northern Ohio Region and RE/MAX Pennsylvania and Delaware Region since September 2005, she was named Regional Director in May 2007. In July 2007, she also assumed responsibility for the St. Louis Region. In September 2007 she was promoted to Regional Vice President overseeing franchise operations and personnel in all three company operated regions.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Terri attended Northlake College to study real estate and begin her extensive career in the industry. She has an active Colorado Real Estate Brokers license and is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtors® Association and the National Association of Realtors and holds the Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRB) Designation. She is an avid golfer along with scuba diving, cooking, travel and participating in various fundraising events.
